Barossa Link collects personal and business information directly from the Integrated Public Number Database (IPND), with the authority of the Australian Communications and Media Authority and from entries & submissions made by individuals and businesses and also through direct contact with businesses.

Your personal and business information is used for the purpose of producing a printed local Public Number Directory for the Barossa Valley region of South Australia. Business information may also be displayed on this website.
Where Barossa Link discloses your personal or business information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.
In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, Barossa Link may disclose your personal or business information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.

And the Business information that is displayed on this website was shared with our website designer to enable this website to be constructed.
